Pale yellow clean & bright, intense varietal aromas on the nose, white flowers, citrus, fennel and fresh herbs. Notes of fruit salad. The wine is enveloping in the mouth with balanced acidity and intense freshness and youth, hints of pear in syrup, also apple and citrus.
Food match
Perfect accompaniment to all kinds of fish and shellfish. You can also combine it with cold meats such as carpaccio or roast beef, soft cream pasta or marinades. Dare to try it with fruits such as figs, mangoes, grapes, pieces of pineapple or strawberries.
