Production
Very selected grapes which are destemmed and partially crushed with a high proportion of whole berries. They are macerated for 10-15days with daily pump overs. Controlled fermentation took place between 24-28ºC.The wine was then aged for 2 years in American oak barrels which gives it complexity and spicy tones. After this it remained in the bottle allowing the wine to acquire stability and complexity.

Tasting notes
It has a very bright ruby red colour. Great richness of aromas that give the wine harmony and finesse. Full, silky and balanced flavour with a great persistence in the mouth.
Food match
Ideal with all kinds of red meats, lamb and game. Perfect for drinking now. It will develop very well in the bottle over the next 2-3 years. It should be kept in a cool, dark place. Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
