The grapes are gown on a mixture of clay and limestone soils. Blended on plots located in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes. Traditional vinification with 20 days maceration.

Tasting notes
This wine is garnet coloured with cherry reflections. On the nose it is fruity and intense with Morella cherry aromas. There are also light notes of caramel throughout. On the mouth this wine is aromatic and plump with red berry aromas, specifically strawberries.
Food match
This wine is a great pair to either chocolate desserts or can also match well with lamb or quail. This wine can be drunk now or aged up to 4 years. Optimum serving temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
