Production
Traditional wine making with each variety treated separately. The grapes are destemmed and then yeast is added. There are 30 days of fermenting with several lots of stirring of the lees. The wine is then aged in concrete tanks.

This is a medium to full bodied red wine that is nicely balanced with good structure and an elegant finish.
Food match
This wine is a great match to red meats such as beef, duck or lamb as well as strong cheeses. This wine can be drunk now but it will also improve by ageing it for 5-7 years. Optimum serving temperature between 16° and 18°C.
