Grapes gently crushed before pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in 228 and 500-liter barrels, spontaneous full malo, aging on lees for at least 16 months (12 months in 228-liter barrels with 10 to 20% new oak and 4 months in stainless steel), no fining, may be light filtration.

    Very fine and elegant, dry Chardonnay with subtle oak note. Ripe stone fruit, hint of flowers, tropical notes, some vanilla, caramel. Soft but present acidity, filigree complex structure, fine oak spiciness. Medium finish.
