This rosé cider comes from varieties of apples with colored juice, amplified by expertise in pulp maceration and oxygenation. It turns out to be fresh and fruity, with a nose of fresh fruit and floral notes. A shimmering color, fine bubbles, combining acidity and light residual sugars on the palate.
This cider is fruity and sparkling, festive with aromas of red fruits and floral notes. Little alcohol.
