  • Tasting notes

    The nose is fruity, powerful and offers intensity, fine grain, elegance as well as fine deepness. There are notes of baked apple, baked pear and small notes of cooked quince associated with touches of cider, tarte Tatin, spices as well as very discreet hints of honey, flowers and an imperceptible hint of dry oak. The palate is fruity and offers roundness, fat, an acidulous frame, gourmandize as well as a fine straightness. On the palate, this Calvados expresses notes of cooked yellow apple, quince marmalade and small notes of Tarte Tatin associated with touches of caramelization, apple blossoms, pear in brandy as well as fine hints of spices, with a very discreet hint of acacia and pepper.
