Deep garnet red colour, the nose is marked by toasted notes and black fruits (cherries, blackberries). Harmonious and elegant on the palate, it's rich, soft and fruity.

Serve at 17-18°C with fondue bourguignonne, sauté of lamb or with aiguillettes of duck with mushroom creamy sauce. This wine will be the perfect partner for a good selection of cheeses and cooked meats.
