Production
This Bourgogne Aligoté 2020 is a cuvée signed by Pierre Boisson, the son of Bernard Boisson who manages today with his sister Anne the wines of the family domain. He inherited 3.5 hectares of vines that he works in reasoned culture, without weedkiller and favouring ploughing. Made from a parcel of old vines located in Meursault, this wine highlights the second white grape variety of Burgundy, Aligoté.
